Pineapple Pudding/Sira

Ingredients;

1 cup fine Sooji or Semolina
4 tbsp Ghee or Clarified butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup  fresh Pineapple pulp (semi pureed)
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Chopped dry fruits to garnish

Method;

Put ghee in a kadai or frying pan add semolina and fry untill turns into light brown color.
In another pan put sugar add 2 cups of water and pineapple pulp.
Allow it to boil for few min, then add roasted semolina.
Stir  constantly until it becomes smooth paste.
Sprinkle cardamom powder and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
Serve hot or else cold.
