Sweet corn Veggie soup

Ingredients;

1/2 cup finely chopped Beans
1/2 cup frozen Sweet Corn
1/4 finely chopped carrot
1/4 cup chopped cauliflower
1tsp Ginger paste
Black pepper to taste
1/2 cup Milk
2 tbsp Corn starch
Coriander leaves to garnish
Salt to taste
1tsp butter or olive oil

Method;

Heat the butter in a sauce pan add ginger paste and other vegetables saute for 1-2 min.
Put 3-31/2 cup of water, salt, crushed black pepper and cover with lid,
Bring it to boil on medium flame.
Dissolve corn starch in 1/4 cup of water add slowly so it does not form lumps stirring continuously.
Add milk, mix well and switch of the flame.
Sprinkle pepper and coriander.
 Serve hot.
